We are seeking a Proofreader to act as final quality check for multiple projects. This is a full-time temporary opportunity where you will earn up to $28/hour based on your experience. You will need to reside in the Des Moines, Iowa, metro area. Some of your responsibilities as a Proofreader will include: Reviewing grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, structure, characterization, formatting, organization of the document and more Verifying consistent use of headers, spacing, style guide rules Other duties as assigned To qualify for the Proofreader position, you must have: 2-4 years of experience in proofreading BA in English, journalism, or communication Experience editing or reviewing Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills Strong interpretive thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr S
