Integration & Operational Enablement Leader - Transformation

Job Overview This position is responsible for setting and leading operational integration and business strategies across Operations, driving large‑scale initiatives to achieve cost targets, optimize performance, and enable sustainable organizational outcomes. It partners with senior leaders to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated plans, establish governance frameworks, and ensure execution across complex, cross‑functional portfolios. The role also drives enterprise transformation and migration initiatives, shapes organizational design, and establishes performance metrics. Responsibilities Provide senior level leadership, developing operations strategy and objectives; architect operationalization of strategy with emphasis on operations integration and financial targets (cost reduction and efficiency initiatives). Apply extensive operations and business knowledge to drive priorities from start to finish, creating cohesion and connecting the dots across the organization; take decisive action on complex projects, initiatives, and strategic imperatives. Develop and maintain effective internal working relationships across Ops, HR, Finance, and Risk; serve as an informational resource and advisor to senior leaders. Design comprehensive, coordinated plans and maintain high standards of execution and consistency; establish operating rhythms and lead governance routines. Promote, track, and monitor expense management and cost reduction initiatives to achieve P&L and integration targets. Lead operations communication strategy, talent programs, and oversee metrics and reporting. Qualifications – Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of related work experience with comprehensive operations experience. Extensive knowledge and experience in strategic planning, developing and executing an expansive and concurrent array of projects, initiatives, and programs. Significant experience and strong grasp of risk management, HR, and finance practices, including direct and indirect P&L management. Proven ability to develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in a complex matrixed environment during periods of ambiguity and change. Excellent interpersonal style, entrepreneurial nature, and ability to communicate highly complex ideas clearly and concisely. Qualifications – Preferred 10+ years of related work experience including prior leadership of large operations teams, especially in Financial Services. History of bringing ideas to fruition through implementation of systems and execution of projects, initiatives, and programs. Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders. Experience with project management disciplines and process design frameworks. Experience mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback to senior leaders; effectively influencing actions of others. Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution across complex, matrixed organizations. Strong knowledge of risk, governance, and control frameworks, ideally within financial services.
