LeaderStat is currently seeking a PT (Physical Therapist) for a(n) 13 week contract in WI.

Start Date: 7/6/2026
End Date: 10/5/2026
Shift: Days 0800 – 1630, Monday thru Friday including weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

• 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
