Labor & Employment Attorney $145,000 - $180,000 per year | Mission Viejo, CA | On-Site | Permanent Established Orange County Law Firms Seeks Remote or Hybrid L&E Attorney A bit about us: The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of employment and labor law matters, ranging from high‑stakes class action and PAGA defense for violations of the labor code to individual claims under the FEHA, the labor code, and other employment statutes (California and Federal), as well as common law claims, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment. The candidate will navigate complexities of both state and federal labor laws, provide aggressive litigation defense while simultaneously offering strategic advice and counsel to mitigate risk before litigation arises.
