As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response. Pay Rate: $11.41 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, equipment-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity; verify authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Complete required shift documentation, communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision, and support a professional environment for all individuals at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
