About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Head of Strategic Initiatives to play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide strategic planning, governance, and execution. This senior leadership position is focused on ensuring the firm's strategic priorities are well-defined, actionable, and aligned with the vision of success for its clients. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, operating at the center of the organization to provide visibility across key initiatives and business priorities. Key responsibilities include leading the strategic planning process, designing and managing executive governance, and monitoring the progress of strategic initiatives. The role demands a high level of strategic, analytical, and business judgment, as well as exceptional executive communication skills and a collaborative leadership style. Applicants for the Managing Director, Head of Strategic Initiatives role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in management consulting, strategy, financial services, or related executive advisory roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution efforts, with a strong background in working with senior executives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across senior leadership teams are essential. The role requires a leader with a low-ego, collaborative style, and the ability to drive accountability and execution without direct authority. High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism are also a must, as the position involves handling sensitive business matters and regular travel.
