Injury Prevention Coordinator: Elder Falls & Health

Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc.

Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to lead an Injury Prevention Task Force focused on addressing elder falls. The successful candidate will develop relationships with tribal and community partners, oversee training, and ensure program sustainability. A Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or equivalent experience is required, along with three years of relevant healthcare experience.
