Finance Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Finance Associate Attorney in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in general debt finance, including drafting credit agreements and closing loan transactions. A high level of academic achievement and prior law firm experience is preferred. Duties Draft credit agreements, security documents, and other loan documents. Close loan transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with clients, including commercial banks and non-bank lenders. Participate in all aspects of financing transactions. Requirements 3-5 years of general debt finance experience. Active license in Colorado or ability to waive in. Strong academic background preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Colorado or eligible for waiver. Skills Proficiency in drafting and negotiating financial documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
