03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What Youll Do: Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Staff the front desk greet visitors verify identification and/or appointments issue visitor credentials and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas. Monitor building access visitor activity alarms cameras and/or communication systems from the front desk reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required. Maintain accurate visitor contractor package and incident records while providing professional support to building management and occupants. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws. As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
