Why This Opportunity Stands Out Immediate leadership role within an established tax practice Opportunity to build and expand your own client portfolio Strong manufacturing and middle-market client base Direct partnership with firm leadership Competitive compensation, significant signing bonus, and equity participation Compensation & Partnership Competitive 1st year compensation Performance-based bonus Equity participation or accelerated path to equity What You'll Lead Manage and grow a successful manufacturing-focused tax practice Serve as a trusted advisor to privately held businesses Review complex tax engagements involving corporations, partnerships, trusts, nonprofits, and high-net-worth individuals Provide advanced tax planning and technical guidance Mentor and develop future tax leaders Expand client relationships and support strategic business development throughout Northeast Ohio What We're Looking For Active CPA 10–15+ years in public accounting Strong experience with privately held businesses Expertise in pass-through entities, S-Corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth clients Demonstrated client relationship and business development skills Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring tax professionals Experience with a regional or Big Four accounting firm is highly preferred.
