Job Requirements:

• Valid MA Home Health Aide ( HHA ) or Personal Care Homemaker certification required  
• Availability in: Peabody, Beverly, and Danvers, MA
• Availability to work day, evening, or overnight shifts
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to work short hour cases
• Ability to drive to and from client's home

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:  Be a friendly face and a steady presence
