Bilingual Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid

As a member of a virtual pharmaceutical contact center, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support across multiple communication channels. Hybrid Work This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely 3 days per week and onsite at our Morrisville, NC corporate office 2 days per week. Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other patient inquiries in a timely, professional, and compliant manner Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and clinic staff through active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented communication Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve patient concerns while escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary Accurately document patient interactions and maintain detailed records within the contact center system Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards related to pharmaceutical contact center operations Desired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to diverse audiences Flexibility to work adjusted schedules or additional hours, as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry Benefits Competitive compensation package Health benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Company match 401(k) Flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time Compliance with applicable federal, state, and municipal paid sick time requirements Syneos Health companies are affirmative action/equal opportunity employers (Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled). #J-18808-Ljbffr
