Workflow Support Specialist

Vaco is partnering in the search for a Workflow Support Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational workflows by reviewing incoming requests, updating internal systems, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage workflow queues and incoming requests
  
  
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  
  
• Review documentation for completeness and update records across multiple systems
  
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve processing issues and maintain workflow timelines
  
  
• Support overall operational efficiency through accurate task management and organization

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of administrative, workflow support, or data entry experience
  
  
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  
  
• Experience handling high-volume tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
