Seeking a babysitter for my infant, Mondays and Thursdays

We are seeking a kind, intelligent, dependable, and experienced infant caregiver for our seven-month-old daughter, starting November 16, Mondays and Thursdays, 1–5 PM (8 hours/week). Our daughter is active and curious, and we value educational play, reading, outdoor walks, and age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities include supporting her afternoon nap routine, tidying her play area, and cleaning and preparing bottles. Driving is not required. We are an involved family, and I am a stay-at-home mom, so we value someone comfortable collaborating with parents and following routines. We seek a warm, nurturing caregiver who also uses age-appropriate redirection and gentle boundaries. Reliability, trustworthiness, open communication, and mutual respect are important to us. Experience with multiple children is a plus. We have a sweet, cuddly cat, so comfort with pets is essential. Our daughter has no special care needs or known allergies. No Thanksgiving Day coverage is expected.
