- Oversee store staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
- Manage store inventory by ensuring shipments received are accurate, processing transfers and damages and taking physical inventories.
- Review sales reports to inform staffing, styling and marketing needs.
- Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well-organized and fully operational.
- Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU management and Corporate HQ.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of retail or management experience.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Weekend and holiday work availability a must.
- Experience with Lightspeed or Shopify preferred.
