Job Title: Customer Service Team Member (Full-Time & Part-Time) Company: Fleet and Farm Supply Ace Hardware Location: Fairmont or St. James, MN Join our Fleet Farm and Supply and Ace Hardware family, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our community! We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers in a fast-paced and enjoyable environment. While previous hardware experience is a plus, it is not required—our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills you need to succeed. Our scheduling is done two weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your time effectively. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in locating the products they need. Provide accurate product information and make recommendations to help customers complete their projects in one trip. Maintain a fast‑paced, high‑energy store environment while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stand for 6‑8 hours during each shift and lift up to 50 lbs as required. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing demeanor and a strong customer‑service focus. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Previous hardware or retail experience is a plus but not required.
