What You'll Do As a Manager in Training, you'll continue producing at a high level while developing the leadership skills needed to build and manage a successful team. Responsibilities Generate new business through residential roofing sales Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion Build lasting relationships with homeowners Deliver an exceptional customer experience Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives Coach and mentor new team members through ride‑alongs and field training Lead by example while driving team performance and accountability Support the growth and expansion of the Denver market Who We're Looking For We're looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who are ready to grow beyond individual production.
