Hotel Night Auditor

Responsibilities: • Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property • Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required • Set out the breakfast items for the breakfast bar • Light preparation of some food items and making coffee Qualifications: • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required • Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required • Flexible overnight hours are required Compensation: $16.50 Per Hour
