Schedule & Coverage:

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No Call
No Weekends
Minimum 2 Weeks Per Month Required

Patient Population:

Adult Primary Care Patients
Ambulatory Outpatient Setting

Patient Volume:

15-20 Patients Per Day

Support Staff:

APP Support Available in Most Practice Locations

Procedures:

No Procedures Required

EMR System:

Ambulatory Outpatient Practice Environment

Requirements

Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Ohio License Required
