Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School-Based Registered Nurse for the 2026-2027 school year in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.Why Join UsCompetitive pay ($40/hour)W-2 employment with liability insurance includedHealthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company matchReimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expensesMileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonusesMentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionalsWhat You'll DoAssess, evaluate, and monitor student health needs.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, district policy, and state regulations.Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs), Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), and health-related accommodations.Manage and monitor students with chronic health conditions such as asthma, diabetes, seizure disorders, severe allergies, and other medical needs.Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.Serve as a liaison between families, healthcare providers, school staff, and community agencies.What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.Minimum of two (2) years of professional nursing experience preferred.About Ampersand TherapyAmpersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
