Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach. Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing. Process and maintain accurate resident files. Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed. Process re-certifications, renewals, and assist with retention efforts. Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents. Assist applicants with the application process. Create and update waitlist. Complete any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager. Ensure resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents. Qualifications Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules. Required Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi Preferred Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs. Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations. Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA. Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook. Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Additional Information Property: Pines at Castle Rock - 630 units Pay: $22-$24/hour Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 8am to 5pm The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
