Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $47,000 to $72,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Who You Are:
- 2+ years of property & casualty claims adjusting experience (not just auto)
- Detail oriented with strong customer service skills
- Must live in Omaha, NE and be willing to work onsite 2 days/week
- Adjust 20 claims/month, mostly commercial P&C and liability
- Negotiate settlements with Independent Adjusters
- Process payments
- 36-hour work week, Friday afternoons off year-round!
- PTO + 17 paid holidays
- Low company turnover, family oriented, mission-driven company
