Prime Staffing is seeking a qualified provider for an exciting assignment.

Job ID:

Fixed

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 - 5 (1 Hr. blocked for lunch )

HIGHLY prefers Full Time provider, but willing to be flexible if it's close to a full time schedule

Length of assignment: 6-9-month assignment

Number of Chairs: 15

Patient Ratios: 18-20 patients per day

Charting: Epic - Ai is available for charting

Minimum experience: 5 Years

Board Eligible or Board Certified? Either

Is flexible and adaptable, as the program is currently in a period of growth

Treatment, Procedures/Cases: chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy.

Practice setting: Outpatient Clinic (some inpatient consults but not often)

Patients per day: 18 - 20 inpatient during normal operating time as needed (Not Often)

BC or BE

• Staff on unit:

o Provider: 1 MD

o NP: 1

o LPN:

o CNA/CMA: 3

Unit Policies:

• Clock In/out time: Monday - Friday 8 - 5 (1 Hr. blocked for lunch)

• Lunch breaks: (1 Hr. blocked for lunch)

• Overtime: As needed

• Cell Phone Use: yes will need if Ai is used

• Call-In policy/ Process: Inform Director by phone or text

Dress Code:

• Attire: Professional

• Shoes: Closed toed

CV needs to be Agency Branded at time of submittal

NY License in Hand

OT After 40 hrs in a week

Epic Experience Required

Ensure that the work history is up to date

Ensure there are no gaps of 30+ days

If malpractice is involved, dismissed or not, we need a physician statement
