ResponsibilitiesPeraton is hiring a PMO Senior Systems Administrator (SA) to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a Systems Administrator on our team, you will support the Program Management Office of one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at our contractor location. As a PMO Sr. Systems Administrator on our team you will: provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systemsmanage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the desktops/network devices, mobile devices, etcprovide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problemsprovide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customersprovide support for the secure and unclassified systemsprovide support for hardware problems; remain involved in the resolution processconfigure and manage Windows operating systemsinstall/load operating system softwaretroubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network componentimplement operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance #MDFSP #AJCMQualificationsIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and ten (10) years’ experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity required.HS Diploma or GED and five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.Must meet DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 1 requirements (Security+ at a minimum).Computer Network Operations - Must have at least two (2) years of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures.Information Assurance - Must have at least two (2) years of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation. Architecture development and design. Risk Assessments. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
