Were currently seeking a Guest Service YOU WILL SHINE:Promptly acknowledge customers in person and on the phonePromote special offers or programsStock lobby merchandise and refreshments and keep all customer areas cleanThank every customer and answer questions about services and proceduresComplete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping mopping cleaning windows and/or completing minor landscaping work as directed by managementFollow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies including employee appearance guidelinesGUEST SERVICES ATTENDANTS:Are friendly and outgoingBuild relationships with customersStay positive and energeticWork hard and enjoy being financially rewarded for outstanding performanceEnjoy being active on their feet and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditionsAble to stand squat kneel sit walk up and down stairs and remain mobile for long hoursAble to lift 50 lbs. to the waist 25 lbs. to the chest and 15 lbs. above the headHave prior experience in sales retail hospitality and/or customer service (preferred but not required)
