Duration: 6+ months with high possibilities of extension
Pay Rate: $50/hr on W2 Must have skills:
Requirement elicitation, Business process analysis, Critical thinking and excellent communication skills, Documentation (scope, requirement traceability, test case creation, test result verification, etc.), Stakeholder management
Each must have skill requires 7+ years of experience.
The required education for this position is a bachelors degree.
The nice to have skills are: Automotive industry knowledge, Data analysis and visualization, Basic SQL and program analysis skills Job description:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Assess current processes and suggest optimal solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain and manage detailed documentation including business processes, workflows, and project deliverables.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables.
• Identify challenges, anticipate risks, and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them.
• Partner with IT teams to implement and test business solutions ensuring proper functionality. Comments
