Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for RN Stepdown Nights!


- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as a Registered Nurse
- Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS (in hand)
- Local Candidates Accepted


Patient Care Details:
- Patient Age Groups: Diverse
- Daily Census: Dynamic environment
- Interdisciplinary Support: Collaborate with a fantastic team
- Patient Diagnoses: Varied, providing a broad experience

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous Charge Experience: Required
- Patient Ratio Experience: Essential
- Charting System Experience: Experience with Paragon (training provided)

Travel Compliance Notes:
- 2 years of experience in specialty required
- CA license in hand
- Must present RTO at time of submission
- No DUI background hits accepted

Onboarding Requirements:
- Complete Assaultive Behavior and Fire Card courses within 30 days of start
- Fire Card Course Fee: $50
- Assaultive Behavior Course Fee: $80

Floating Policy:
- Must be available to float in rotation with staff
- Appropriate orientation provided to new unit

Contract Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: Varies
- Contract Length: 91 weeks
