Sales Support Administrator

Location: New Iberia, LA Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Requirements Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 3‑5 years of administrative or sales support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems required Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities Willingness to work non‑standard hours as needed Job Duties Support sales representatives with Salesforce CRM and CPQ activities Create and deliver proposals, bid packages, RFPs, and customer‑facing sales documents Enter and maintain customer, opportunity, and sales data within Salesforce Ensure proposals meet customer requirements, quality standards, and company guidelines Process customer requests and support sales opportunities from initiation through completion Provide administrative support to sales teams across multiple regions Assist internal departments by answering questions and resolving issues related to customer accounts Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within company systems Support revenue growth by helping sales teams provide exceptional customer service Benefits Competitive weekly pay Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Employee discounts Opportunities for learning and advancement Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
