Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities
- Process and manage requisitions and generate purchase orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate procurement activities and serve as a resource to internal stakeholders regarding purchasing processes, approvals, and documentation requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, finance, accounting, or accounts payable processes.
Work Environment
The position is 100% onsite with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model after approximately six months of training. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for adjustments if necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
