Job Description
Watkins Construction & Roofing is hiring sales reps for the Tupelo Market.
\n \nOur office is located in Tupelo, MS, and we are doing interviews soon!
\n \nThis is a Sales ONLY position - NO Production responsibility!

Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Develop a yearly sales strategy by analyzing the market and competitive trends and making comprehensive recommendations \n
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, assess customer needs, and demonstrate products/services to customers \n
- Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients and maintain a record of all sales activities in the CRM system \n
- Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous customer service \n
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve and innovate products/services to meet customer demands \n
Qualifications

- Proven successful sales experience \n
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. \n
- Established network of leads \n
- Commission-only compensation \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \n
- Physically capable of climbing on a roof \n
Compensation
\n$150,000 yearly
