Job Description Driver & Event Crew Associate (Delivery, Setup & Operations) Marques Amusement Company – Powder Springs, GA Immediate Hire – Weekend Availability Required Join "The Greatest Party on Earth!" ? Marques Amusement Company is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our logistics team. As a Driver & Event Crew Associate, you will play a key role in delivering and setting up inflatables, games, and event equipment across the Atlanta area. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of exciting events. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and set up bounce houses, water slides, and event equipment Safely load and unload trucks and trailers Ensure all equipment is properly secured and installed Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups Clean and maintain equipment before and after events Assist with breakdown and pickup after events Support team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements Basic Requirements: Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation to report to work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Punctual and dependable Driver Requirements (Preferred): Valid driver’s license Comfortable driving trucks and/or trailers Preferred Experience (Not Required): General labor, warehouse, or moving experience Event setup or outdoor work Experience working in a team environment $15-18/hour based on experience Performance-based bonuses available Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles Fun, high-energy work environment Why Work With Us?
