Overview Manufacturing Technician- Back End Days (Thursday - Saturday e/o Wednesday) Join to apply for the Manufacturing Technician- Back End Days (Thursday - Saturday e/o Wednesday) role at Wolfspeed. Responsibilities As a Manufacturing Technician, you\'ll oversee wafer production from inception to completion, working with engineers and stakeholders to achieve world class cycle times. You will work with a manufacturing execution system and multiple rep. Operate, and routinely qualify, equipment in various semiconductor process areas such as photolithography, etch, CVD, PVD, metrology, and others. Perform logistic tasks such as wafer unpacking, releasing to process, and packing to be shipped. Maintain a presence in the Operations Command Center. Monitor and evaluate operating data to ensure optimized wafer movement in the fabricator. The Day-to-Day: This role will work a 12-hour night shift or day shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule. Technicians working 12-hour shifts are eligible to receive a shift differential of up to 15%, as well as overtime and bonus eligibility. This position will work a Backend Day shift: (Thursday- Saturday and every other Wednesday, 6am - 6:15pm) Qualifications Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time, wear full clean room attire, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook. The ability to multitask using multiple computer screens at the same time. Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management. The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
