What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans using the nursing process
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Delegate and manage nursing resources efficiently
Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records
Embrace safety protocols, infection control measures, and compliance standards
Adapt care delivery to meet individual patient requirements
Ensure patient privacy and dignity at all times

What You Need

Current RN license in Louisiana
2+ years of ER nursing experience
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to perform physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment
