RN Nurse Manager at the H-NNCSB BJ Roberts Behavioral Health CenterAnnual Hiring Salary: $82,000-$88,320 + $10,000 Sign-on BonusSchedule: Primarily Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pmMinimum QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.At least one (1) year of behavioral health nursing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.Ability to register as a QMHP-Trainee within 30 days of hire.Valid Virginia driver's license.BSN preferred.The Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations at the BJ Roberts Behavioral Health Center. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, experienced behavioral health nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises.As the RN Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical leadership while overseeing the daily operations of the nursing team.
