Pharmacist Clinical

Job Summary The Clinical Pharmacist works in the patient care areas. Competent in reviewing and evaluating medication orders for appropriate pharmacotherapy in the following age groups of patients: neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric. Demonstrates the ability to communicate with nursing staff and physicians to resolve and prevent drug-related problems. Qualifications Doctorate of Pharmacy degree plus 1 year post-Pharm.D. experience ASHP accredited Residency in pharmacy practice or Doctor of Pharmacy degree with at least 5 years of post-Pharm.D. experience in job-related pharmacy practice, or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy with at least 6 years experience in job-related pharmacy practice at GHS Fully licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Georgia or eligible for full licensure within 90 days through reciprocity or exam Grady Total Rewards Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
