About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy and Go-to-Market to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of its growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities, areas of legal expansion, and scalable growth initiatives based on data-driven insights. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, finance, operations, and legal leadership to design and implement full go-to-market strategies, with a focus on driving sustained growth, increased market share, and improved ROI on marketing and business development investments. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Strategy and Go-to-Market include the development of a data-driven growth strategy, ownership of the market expansion roadmap, and the design and execution of go-to-market strategies for new market launches and growth initiatives. The role also encompasses marketing performance optimization, cross-functional leadership, and financial and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years' experience in strategy, sales operations, growth, or go-to-market roles, with a preference for those with a background in professional services, consumer services, or multi-location businesses. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent being preferred.
