Adolescent Mental Health Nurse - RN

Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) in Adolescent Mental Health at HCA Healthcare Live Oak Mental Health and Wellness. Provide patient‑centered care in an inpatient stabilization setting that offers 24‑hour services for adults and adolescents with acute psychiatric symptoms. Responsibilities Assess patient condition during admission and throughout each shift, identifying and reporting changes. Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by medical providers; document care in the medical record. Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve proactively. Coordinate, evaluate, customize and deliver holistic treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team. Serve as interface between healthcare providers and community support systems for ongoing care of specialized patient groups. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with RN designation. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification obtained within 90 days of employment. Minimum 6 months experience required. Pre‑existing RN diploma and relevant state/specialty certifications. No travel required.
