Compensation: $16.50 DOE Qualifications Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with a culinary team to ensure smooth operations. Proven track record of operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Familiarity with food storage and rotation practices to maintain freshness and minimize waste. Skill in monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen. Capability to support chefs by preparing ingredients and setting up workstations as needed. Commitment to adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines to create a safe working environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assist in the proper storage and rotation of food supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring the kitchen is always well-stocked.
