Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) Farmington, New Mexico
The organization is seeking an RN for the Operating Room to support a diverse patient population and a wide range of surgical services, including neuro, ortho, trauma, vascular, OBGYN, and additional specialty cases. The role requires clinical competence in perioperative care, including readiness to assist with patients and surgeons managing significant traumatic injuries. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days 10-hour shifts; minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (American Heart Association); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (American Heart Association)
• Preferred Qualifications: Comfortable supporting patients and surgeons with/for significant traumatic injuries, with the ability to anticipate instruments, supplies, and equipment needs; highly skilled across a range of procedures from basic and quick laparoscopic cases to open, complicated abdominal and/or chest cavity trauma cases; competent and confident
• Additional Information: Shift includes variable call (approximately 45 shifts per month) and occasional weekend coverage
