Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary:

Provide skilled physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists. Contribute to patient recovery and rehabilitation through tailored therapeutic interventions and documentation adherence.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist in implementing prescribed treatment plans and exercises.
  
  
• 
  Set up and operate therapeutic equipment during patient sessions.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate prior experience in setting up and utilizing therapy equipment.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  
  
• 
  Have a minimum of one year of clinical experience in a similar setting.
  
  
• 
  Be able to pass required credentialing and background checks.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit flexibility to work day shifts as required.
