A leading manufacturing company is hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician to join their team. Located on-site in Sussex, WI, the role involves working on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM). This Temp to Perm position offers an opportunity to contribute to equipment reliability and facility maintenance.
CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC lathes and machining centers, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and document all activities.
- Conduct machine tear-downs, rebuilds, and electrical rewiring tasks.
- Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to resolve complex equipment issues.
- Support general facility maintenance such as HVAC, lighting, and exterior upkeep.
CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Skilled in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Experience repairing CNC equipment, especially lathes and machining centers.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
