Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Petaluma, California.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: CT Technologist\n Discipline: Allied Health Professional\n Start Date: 10/12/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 10 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 4x10hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 12, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT-CT certification and at least 1 year of experience for a community hospital setting.Details\n \n Community hospital setting including adult acute care, adult outpatient, and emergency department areas\n 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM\n Uses PACS and Philips CT equipment\n Epic EMR experience required\n May be required to float between sister facilities near the contracted location\n Requirements\n \n ARRT-CT certification required\n BLS certification required\n Fluoroscopy permit required\n Minimum of 1 year of experience required\n Community hospital experience required\n Epic EMR experience required\n Valid compact state license required in hand at time of submission (license required if applicable)\n Experience with abdomen and pelvis CT, with and without contrast\n Experience with chest, head and neck CT, with and without contrast\n Experience with spine and musculoskeletal imaging including cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and trauma cases\n Experience with multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) post processing\n Experience with preparation and administration of contrast media\n Ability to start peripheral IVs preferred\n Experience with special procedures such as biopsies, aspirations, drainage, and vascular CTA preferred\n Two supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years required\n Full SSN and DOB required for consideration\n Additional Information\n \n Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)\n RTO requests must be submitted upfront during the application process, as post-offer requests may not be accommodated\n Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate within a 50-mile radius of the facility\n Former permanent employees may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period, provided they are not within 50 miles of the facility\n Candidates must disclose any prior work history with Providence facilities, including permanent, travel, or registry/per-diem roles\n First-time travelers may be considered for this role\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-757473.
