Job Description
Our team is searching for multiple Document Preparers in Dallas, Texas. This position will be working in the company's Imaging department and will report to the Director of Imaging. The Document Prep team members are responsible for preparing documents to a scan ready state. This can include removing staples, removing documents off braids, unfolding documents, removing documents from envelopes, inserting document target and barcode sheets, and other assorted tasks. May also return documents into an original state such as returning documents back on braids. Light computer skills are needed to enter a book to check-in/log. Other duties may also be assigned. Requirements :
Document Prep or other document imaging experience
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to process changes
Ability to multitask and complete assignments on time
Ability to sit at an office cubicle or table for each shift
Basic computer skills
Able to lift up to 30 pounds periodically throughout the day
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
