Technology Lead / Architect / Sr Architect – Java We are seeking experienced Java professionals to lead and architect solutions across multiple client engagements. Position 1 – Technology Lead – Java (Tampa, FL) Employment Type: Full‑time / Permanent Responsibilities: Lead and mentor junior developers, perform performance tuning, review design and architecture, support the entire development life cycle, and travel as required for client engagements. Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (one year of relevant work experience may substitute for each year of education). At least 6 years of Java/J2EE experience. Preferred qualifications: Advanced Java expertise. Experience with Oracle database, SQL/PLSQL. Strong performance‑tuning skills. Ability to work in a global delivery environment. Position 2 – Technology Lead (Addison, TX) Employment Type: Full‑time / Permanent Responsibilities: Lead development activities, review architecture and design, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and travel as required. At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology. Preferred qualifications: At least 4 years of Java/J2EE experience. At least 5 years of experience in the software development life cycle. Position 4 – Senior Architect (Addison, TX) Employment Type: Full‑time / Permanent Responsibilities: Lead architectural design, supervise development teams, and manage project delivery across complex systems. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Preferred qualifications: At least 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE. At least 7 years of experience in the software development life cycle. At least 7 years of experience in project life‑cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. At least 5 years of experience in design and architecture review. Ability to work in a diverse, multi‑stakeholder team environment. Strong analytical skills. Position 5 – Technology Lead – Java (Sunnyvale, CA) Employment Type: Full‑time Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, concurrent, distributed fault‑tolerant real‑time web applications using Scala, Akka, Play Framework, and related technologies; guide architectural decisions and mentor development teams. Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education). At least 11 years of experience in IT. Preferred qualifications: At least 9 years of experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful Services, Scala, Akka, and Play Framework. At least 9 years of experience in the software development life cycle. At least 9 years of experience in project life‑cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. At least 9 years of experience in design and architecture review. Ability to work in a diverse, multi‑stakeholder team environment. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Strong analytical skills. Position 6 – Technology Lead – Java (Livingston, NJ) Employment Type: Full‑time / Permanent Responsibilities: Lead development and architectural activities, mentor junior staff, and support project delivery in a global environment.
