Position Summary Gumpher, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Estimating Coordinator to support our estimating department and help manage the administrative process surrounding project opportunities, bids, and proposals. This position plays an important role in keeping our estimating team organized and ensuring opportunities are properly tracked from invitation through bid submission and, when successful, project turnover. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and organize bid invitations Maintain the estimating calendar and bid schedule Download and organize drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents Maintain electronic estimating and project files Track bid due dates and submission requirements Assist estimators with bid preparation and administrative needs Distribute plans and documents internally as needed Coordinate requests for vendor and subcontractor pricing Track addenda and ensure estimators receive updated information Assist with preparation and submission of proposals and bid documents Maintain bid logs and project opportunity information Assist with prequalification documents and other estimating-related requirements Help coordinate project turnover information for awarded projects Qualifications Administrative or construction industry experience preferred Experience supporting an estimating department is a plus Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and electronic document systems Ability and willingness to learn construction terminology and processes Dependable and able to work independently Why Gumpher?
