About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Medical Doctors and Physician Experts to support an advanced healthcare AI project. You’ll apply your clinical expertise to evaluate medical information, improve AI-generated healthcare content, and support the development of intelligent systems for medical decision-making and workflow improvement.

No prior AI experience is required — your clinical knowledge and judgment are what matter.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Analyze and annotate clinical scenarios, patient cases, and healthcare data .
\n
• Review AI-generated medical content for clinical accuracy, relevance, and quality .
\n
• Apply expertise in diagnostic analysis, medicine, physiology, and healthcare protocols .
\n
• Translate complex clinical terminology and workflows into actionable guidance for AI training.
\n
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
\n
• Evaluate AI outputs and identify areas for improvement using real-world clinical experience.
\n
• Maintain data security, patient privacy, and ethical compliance .
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Current or recent experience in US clinical practice .
\n
• Completed residency; candidates in their final year may also be considered.
\n
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic analysis, general medicine, physiology, and clinical protocols .
\n
• Excellent understanding of clinical terminology and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Experience interpreting electronic health records, patient data, or medical documentation .
\n
• Commitment to clinical accuracy, privacy, and compliance.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine ; select subspecialties are also welcome.
\n
• Experience reviewing clinical documentation and evaluating healthcare data.
\n
• Ability to provide clear, evidence-based feedback on medical content and workflows.
\n

Compensation

• $230/hour.
\n
• Independent contractor engagement.
\n
• Part-time commitment of approximately 15 hours per week .
\n
• Approximately 30 positions available.
\n
• Remote work, restricted to candidates in the United States .
\n
