About the Opportunity

Step into an instrumental role. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced and friendly financial planning office. Summit Wealth Management is an independent franchise associated with Ameriprise Financial. You would be part of a seven-person client relationship team that assists eight advisors with the practice's operations.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will assist financial advisors with the financial planning workflow. This role provides client relationship support through managing, gathering, and analyzing client data, and helping prepare preliminary financial plans and other related client deliverables. You will also perform various practice management tasks related to client service, including responding to ad hoc requests, coordinating and completing projects, and supporting routine client initiatives, all with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice.

This position requires consistently adhering to high standards of business and professional ethics, as well as meeting all legal and regulatory requirements when interacting with others or performing work activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and track new business documentation, signature requests, applications, and asset transfers with home office and external firms.

• Proactively communicate with clients to resolve service requests and record all interactions in Salesforce.

• Monitor the practice inbox to process advisor and client transaction requests in a timely manner.

• Maintain expertise in MoneyGuide Pro and supporting analytical tools to assist advisors in building and servicing client plans.

• Diamond White-Glove Service: Coordinate client preparation, track planning activities, document action items, and deliver timely updates for a seamless client experience.

• Manage calendar scheduling, handle incoming client inquiries, maintain office spaces, and execute daily administrative follow-ups.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management.

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) licenses, or ability to obtain both within the first 90 days of employment.

Preferred:

• Life, Accident & Health Insurance license.

• Paraplanner designations (e.g., Registered Paraplanner, CFP candidate).

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MoneyGuide Pro.

What We Offer:

• Starting salary of $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
