OB/GYN Opportunity in Southeastern Alabama

Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join a well-established hospital owned practice. Responsibilities include a full-scope OB/GYN practice including prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery. The center performs approximately 796 deliveries annually with consistent access to OB cases and surgical volume. You will perform C-sections, hysterectomies, and a broad range of gynecologic procedures. Call coverage is shared (1:4) supporting work-life balance. The environment is collaborative, team-oriented with clinical and administrative support. There is an opportunity to help grow the OB/GYN service line and influence clinical protocols and program development. The diverse patient population offers continuity of care.

Competitive salary: $400,000 $425,000 plus wRVU-based incentives. Additional benefits include a $50,000 commencement bonus, medical education debt repayment up to $75,000, a residency stipend up to $25,000 paid monthly during training, relocation assistance up to $15,000, CME allowance, licensure, dues, and subscriptions, comprehensive health, dental, vision benefits, and paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, and paid malpractice coverage.
