We're looking for an experienced Leasing Professional who's hungry, knows how to close, and wants a role where their effort directly drives their paycheck. The Earning Potential Base pay: $22–$23/hour New lease commission: $75 per lease signed Renewal commission: $75 per renewal (shared with the team) A strong performer at a high-volume community like this can realistically earn $10,000+ in commissions on top of base pay 5-star service bonus: extra pay when residents love where they live! At full stride this role can put a motivated Leasing Professional well above their base hourly rate. What You'll Be Doing Working leads from inquiry to signed lease. You own the full leasing cycle! Scheduling and conducting property tours Processing applications, screening tenants, and preparing lease documents Building genuine relationships with prospects and current residents Supporting resident retention and renewals Keeping accurate records in Yardi Collaborating with your Property Manager and maintenance team daily Requirements What We're Looking For Proven leasing experience at a residential apartment or condo community You know how to close. Leads don't go cold on your watch!
