Registered Nurse (RN) – 9 North Tower, General Medicine/Adult Safety Winston Salem, NC, United States Sign-on Bonus Eligible – $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates Where You Will Work On this unit, you will care for patients under medical observation, some of whom also have some Behavioral Health needs. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Employ evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassionate communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
